This is a take-home problem set. Accordingly, you are allowed to consult
with classmates and other colleagues as you arrive at your answers.
You must avoid plagiarism by providing answers in your own words. In particular,
if you draw upon published materials you should cite the original source.
If you quote from an original source the quoted words should be indicated
in quotation marks and a specific citation given.
Please note the definition of plagiarism provided by the student code:
Plagiarism means the unacknowledged use or incorporation of
any other persons work in, or as a basis for, ones own work
offered for academic consideration or credit, or for public presentation.
